We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns work.

The basics

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Assembled furniture generally can't be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective — more on that below.

Arrived damaged or defective?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a few photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Starting a return

Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. Once it's approved, we'll send simple instructions for sending the item back. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Want to exchange instead?

The fastest path is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted — that way your replacement doesn't wait on the return to process first.
