This Shipping Policy explains how Halo House ships orders and what to expect after checkout.
Where We Ship We currently ship worldwide.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Free Shipping — estimated delivery in 20-35 business days, at no cost.
- Free Shipping + FedEx Signature Proof of Delivery — the same estimated delivery window of 20-35 business days, with a signature required on delivery via FedEx, for a fee of $13.00 USD.
Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and may vary due to customs processing (for international orders), carrier delays, weather, or high order volume, particularly around holidays.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package to your door.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.
